How pickup works in a New York building
Certificate of insurance
Most Manhattan co-ops, condos and office buildings require a COI before furniture moves. We send it with the quote so the building has it before pickup day.
Freight elevators and walk-ups
We book the freight elevator window with your super or management company. For walk-ups and brownstones we send a crew sized for the stairs and blanket wrap the piece in the apartment.
Scheduled windows, both ways
Pickup and delivery get a window that fits doorman hours and building rules. Deliveries include placing the piece in the room and removing the wrapping.

Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes, across all five boroughs, and the pickup and delivery charge is listed on your written quote. Lower Westchester and Long Island pickups are quoted in writing with the job.
Do you come to my apartment to quote?
Most quotes are done from photos the same day. For larger jobs, antiques, or when you want to see fabric in your own light, we visit with sample books.
Can you pick up from a storage unit or an estate?
Yes. We collect from storage facilities, estates and dealers across the city, blanket wrapped and insured in transit.
Do you serve Staten Island and Long Island?
Yes. Staten Island is part of our pickup area. Nassau County pickups are scheduled with our Queens runs.
