Manhattan furniture lives in buildings with rules. Co-ops and condos on the Upper East Side and Upper West Side want a certificate of insurance and a scheduled freight elevator window before a sofa moves. We provide the COI with the quote, book the window with your building, and blanket wrap the piece before it leaves the apartment. We accept customer's own material from the D and D Building and the showrooms on the East Side, work from designer specifications for tufting, trim and cushion fill, and deliver to the apartment or to a staging address on the designer's timeline.
