Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026
This policy explains what NYC Reupholstery (www.nycreupholstery.net) collects when you visit the site, call, text or send a quote request, and how that information is used.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: a description of the work, any photos you attach, and your name, phone number and email address. When you call or text (914) 449-4334, we receive your phone number and the content of the message or call. The site also uses Google Analytics, which records pages viewed, the device and browser used, and approximate location. Google Analytics does not receive your name, phone number or email.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request: to send a written quote, ask for photos or measurements, schedule pickup and delivery, and follow up on the job. Quote requests and calls are routed to the upholstery workshop that performs the work so they can reply to you directly.
Text messages
If you call and the line is busy or it is after hours, our phone system sends a text message back to the number you called from so you can reply with photos or questions. By calling or texting (914) 449-4334 you agree to receive text messages about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the workshop handling your job and the services we use to run the phone line, the quote form and the website. We do not send marketing email or texts unrelated to your request.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. You can block them in your browser without affecting the quote form or the phone number.
Your choices
To have your quote request and contact details deleted, email admin@nycreupholstery.net or text (914) 449-4334 with the number you contacted us from.
